SAI has always invested massive resources in research and development of its
hydraulic motors. Following this path, at the beginning of the eighties, the
research and development department has been transformed into an independent
company called R & D. This company boasts an excellent structure and cutting
edge equipment for the research and the development of hydraulic components,
as well as for the fabrication of prototypes.
In R&D a variety of activities are carried out. Among these, the most
important is certainly progress of the researches and the developments
build around new concepts or new technologies applied to SAI motors. From
the original project, R&D moves to the study and the manufacturing of the
prototypes that are then tested on a number of test benches, in the hardest
and most significant working conditions.
For a total customer satisfaction, R&D is constantly engaged in reproducing
the duty cycles of the motors in the most diverse applications as well as in
studying new solutions to improve the performances. Alongside with this,
cooperating with various classification societies, R&D offers to its customers
the possibility to certify that the operation of their products is meeting
the terms of the various standards ruling the applications.
In order to keep in close contact with the most recent scientific development,
R&D has then strengthened its cooperation and engagements with Universities
and research groups. Moreover, recently it has begun to work more frequently
for other components manufactures who have commissioned researches and
fabrication of prototypes.
R&D intends to be present on the market as serious and efficient partner in
order to guarantee to your products the necessary technical development to
be market leader. For further information on R&D activities please contact
our offices directly. We will be glad to answer your questions.
