Dear Customer,
with the present Declaration, SAI SPA wishes to demonstrate its engagement
concerning the protection of Customers' personal data. This document collects
the information and the practical for present Web site.
The IP address (Internet protocol) of the user is nor come neither traced,
neither used; the files cookies are not saved on user ' s computer, except
those necessary to the specific session, that they are not persistent and
they do not allow the acquisition of the personal data that identifies the user.
The data collected through the contact modules (form), are deal in compliance
with the prescription of D.Lgs. 196/2003 - Unified Body of Laws about Privacy.
In particular, according to the Art. 13 of the Unified Body of Laws, SAI informs that:
- the collection purpose is the answer to the express information request
freely expressed by interested person
- the treatment modalities are on papers and electronics
- the personal data are nor communicate at third people party neither extended outside
- SAI is the holder of the treatment and the access to the data is restricted
to the encharged people of the same treatment with defined modality.
The user can exercise, anytime, the rights of Art. 7 of the Unified Body of
Laws, among which is mentioned here below:
- the confirmation of the existence of data that concern the user
- the updating, amendments, integration, cancellation, block of data; the
request of cancellation can be easily carried out through the following link:

- at the end of the treatment, the data are however destroyed by SAI.
The present site contains links with other ones. However SAI is nor
responsible for the practices of Privacy protection neither for the content of other sites.
