SAI policy for quality purpose is to reach the customer satisfaction and, wherever possible, to the overcoming of his expectations, in every relationship phases: commercial, administrative, technical and productive.

At commercial level, SAI proposes itself to identify with accuracy, the current and future requirements of the customer, and proposing the kind of product and/or service more suitable to the technical and economical point of view, and if necessary adapting it to the customer's particular requirements.

At administrative level, SAI strives itself for keeping the maximum clarity and thoroughness in the relationship with the customer.

At technical level, SAI is engaged in supplying always a product adherent to the parameters declared by catalogue, curing in particular the continuity of conformity and of performances.

At productive level, SAI tries to organise and plan the process, in order to find the critical points and the situation of non conformity, as to carry out the corrective and preventive actions.

The purpose of SAI is keeping constantly updated its own supply, by trying to be in the van of the evolutionary process in the market of oleodinamic and mechanical components in general; for this reason SAI strives itself in supplying a technical support pre and post sale, as to solve as soon as possible all the problems the customer may face off. It is also for this reason that it is fundamental to involve and motivate its own human resources, following their formation and the professional updating, at all operative levels.
